Our Service Terms

Payment Structure

  • 40% deposit required to initiate design work
  • 60% balance due upon project completion
  • Bank transfers require full upfront payment
  • Deposits non-refundable after 24 hours or once work begins

Project Timeline

  • Standard delivery time varies by project scope
  • Rush service available for 30% surcharge
  • Timeline begins after all required information is received
  • Client response delays will extend the timeline

Intellectual Property

  • Final design assets delivered after full payment
  • 96studios retains rights to display work in our portfolio
  • Client assumes responsibility for provided materials

Fee Structure

Additional Concept Designs +50% of project total
Rush Service Fee +30% of project total
Project Cancellation 60% refund if canceled before delivery

Cash Payments
